Coming to this work at a later stage in life, my approach to therapy has been shaped by years of reflection, learning, and lived experience. I work with adults of all genders and am particularly interested in supporting men, who are often underserved in mental healthcare and may find it difficult to ask for help or speak openly about vulnerability, challenges, or patterns that feel stuck. I believe change often begins with greater self-awareness, including understanding ourselves more clearly, discerning what we can and cannot control, and finding practical ways to move forward with intention rather than self-criticism.

I aim to offer a steady, thoughtful space where clients feel respected, understood, and supported, and welcome individuals who are new to therapy as well as those returning after previous experiences. I strive to provide a compassionate and non-judgmental space where clients can explore sensitive issues, feel understood, and recognize they aren’t alone.

I work collaboratively with clients to identify cognitive and behavioural patterns that may hold them back in relationships, work, or personal life. We also explore how stress, worry and anxiety can reinforce unhelpful patterns. My approach is client-centred, drawing from cognitive-behavioural and relational frameworks, and is built on honesty and self-respect.
